摘 要:对测量高频脉冲电流的自积分式Rogowski线圈的频带宽度特性进行研究,可以为在实际应用中优化线圈设计,提高测量精度提供参考。本文通过建立的Rogowski线圈等效集中参数模型,利用Matlab仿真软件定性地分析了内阻、自感、分布电容以及取样电阻等电磁参数对自积分式Rogowski线圈频带宽度的影响。结果表明,在满足自积分式条件下,线圈的内阻、自感系数、分布电容以及取样电阻应尽可能的小,以防止高频极点下降从而降低自积分式Rogowski线圈的频带宽度。根据仿真及分析结果选择一个自积分式Rogowski线圈的典型参数,并利用仿真验证了其测量脉冲电流的性能,从而验证了本文仿真结果的正确性。The study on the factors that influence the bandwidth of self-integrator Rogowski coil has made it possible to optimize the design in practical application and to improve the efficiency of it. Based on the establishment of equivalent lumped parameter model, according to the transfer function, this paper analyzes the influence of the electromagnetic parameters on the bandwidth such as the internal resistance, self inductance, capacitance and sampling resistance with use of Matlab simulation software. The analysis shows that the internal resistance, self inductance, capacitance and sampling resistance have to be kept as low as possible to prevent the drop the high frequency pole that would spoil the main advantage of the coil. According to the simulation and analysis, the typical parameters of the self-integrator Rogowski coil have been chosen, and then verify the measurement performance of pulsed current with simulation, in addition, verify the accuracy of the simulation results.
