袋式除尘器气流分布均匀性的数值模拟

摘　　要：用Fluent软件模拟了袋式除尘器的流场分布情况。结果证明,除尘器内的气流分布不均匀是导致滤袋容易破损的主要原因;在除尘器内加导流板可以改善除尘器内气流分布的均匀性,减少滤袋的磨损。Numerical simulate the flow field within the dust collector by Fluent. The results showed that the uneven distribution of airflow is the main reason why bags are easily damaged. Adding guide plates can improve the uniformity of the distribution of airflow and reduce wearing the bags.
