摘 要:总结了华能北京热电厂烟塔合一技术的设计、运行等情况,提出了烟塔合一技术在设计、运行中需要特别注意的问题,包括冷却塔防腐、吸收塔及管道防腐、脱硫系统可靠性设计、脱硫系统起停和运行中的关键技术等。同时,对烟塔合一技术进行了经济社会效益分析。分析表明,烟塔合一技术不仅可以节省烟囱、再热器等土建与设备投资和运行维护费用,而且有利于提高烟气有效扩散、降低污染物的落地浓度,是一种先进、经济社会效益显著的脱硫工艺技术。The design and operation experiences of the cooling tower and chimney unification technique are summarized in Huaneng Beijing Power Plant, and some matters need specially attention in its design and operation process are offered, which include the corrosion protect Of cooling tower and absorber, reliability design of FGD, on-off of FGD, and the key operation technology. The economic and social benefits of the cooling tower and chimney unification technique are also analyzed. The analysis indicates that the cooling tower and chimney unification technique can improve energy efficiency, simply flue gas system, and need not construct chimney and GGH heat exchanger. Expenses of the FGD construction and operation are decreased. It is important that the technique can increase the upliR height of flue gas, and thus reduce atmosphere pollution.
