摘  要:采用钛酸酯偶联剂与有机单体联合改性天然硬石膏超微粉体,并制备了PVC/硬石膏复合材料。通过红外光谱对改性前后粉体进行表征,并利用正交实验方法分析影响其活化指数指标的实验因素,最后测定了复合材料的力学性能。结果显示:改性后粉体表面包覆了有机基团;偶联剂用量对粉体活化指数影响最为明显;在相同填充量下,改性相比未改性的PVC/硬石膏复合材料拉伸强度、断裂伸长率以及冲击强度分别提高了17%、15%和14%。Titanium coupling agent and organic monomer joint modified natural anhydrite powder and the PVC/CaSO4 composite materials was prepared. The surface of powders was characterized by the infrared spectrum and analyzed the impact indicators for the activation of factors through orthogonal experimental methods, the finally, determined the mechanical properties of composite materials. The results showed that: the organic groups coating the surface of the modified powders, coupling amount was the most obvious impact for activation index of powders. At same loading, the tensile strength, elongation at break and impact strength PVC/CaSO4 composite modified compared with non-modified increased by 17%, 15% and 14% respectively.
