硅藻土复配混凝剂预处理橡胶促进剂废水的研究

摘　　要：本实验研制了一种硅藻土复配混凝剂,并对橡胶促进剂生产废水进行了处理试验研究。结果表明:在投加量1.3g/L,pH值范围5～7,沉降时间45min的最佳处理条件下,COD、盐度去除率可分别达到75.2%和53.8%,达到了较好的预处理效果。A diatomite composite coagulant was developed in this experiment which could be used to treat the rubber assistant wastewater. The results showed that when the dosage of diatomite composite coagulant was 1.3g/L, the pH value range of the wastewater was 5-7, the sedimentation time was 45min, the COD and salinity removal rate of the wastewater could reach to 75.2% and 53.8%, and a better pretreatment of the wastewater could be received.
