摘　　要：国有股减持中的国有股估值,减持区间,及利润分配等问题值得研究,在对A股估值多变量模型分析中,本文从分类建模分析、综合建模分析角度出发讨论A股估值问题,并对国有股减持提出了治理策略。It is worthwhile to investigate the value assessment, reducing sections and profit distribution of state-held shares in the reduction of state＇s stake. The article deals with the value assessment of Stock A from the perspective of classification modeling and synthesis modeling, putting forward some managing strategies of reducing state＇s stake.
