摘 要:采用模拟废水,研究新型螺旋自循环(spiral automatic circulation,SPAC)厌氧反应器的动力学特性.通过物料衡算建立容积去除率与出水浓度间的关系,并用Monod模型拟合得到该反应器的最大比污泥活性qmax为1.010d-1,半速率常数KS为1.115g·L-1,理论最大容积去除率(LVR)max为47.3g·L-1·d-1,实测容积去除率为最大值的80%左右.容积甲烷产率与容积去除率以及污泥生长速率与容积甲烷产率之间均具有良好的相关性.以蔗糖为基质时,基质甲烷产率系数为0.396L·g-1 CODremoved,菌体与甲烷产率之比为0.1785g·L-1.通过测定甲烷产量,可方便地了解反应器效能.The kinetic characteristics of spiral automatic circulation (SPAC) anaerobic reactor were investigated. Base on material balance, the relationship between the volumetric removal rate and the effluent concentration was established and analyzed by the Monod model, where the parameters qmax, Ks and (LVR) were 1. 010 d^-1 , 1. 115 g· L^- 1 and 47. 3 g· L^-1 ·d^-1 , respectively. The measured maximum volumetric COD removal rate was 80% of the theoretical one. According to the study, both the volumetric methane production rate versus volumetric COD removal rate, and the sludge growth rate versus volumetric methane production rate showed good linear relationships. When sucrose was used as the substrate, the methane yield was 0. 396 L· g^-1 CODremoved, and the ratio of sludge yield to methane yield was 0. 1785 g· L^-1 . The reactor performances such as volumetric COD removal rate, volumetric methane production rate and sludge growth rate are easily monitored by measuring the methane production.
