摘  要:目的:建立非水毛细管电泳法(NCAE)快速测定白带丸中小檗碱的含量。方法:运用非水毛细管电泳方法,熔融石英毛细管(50μm×50cm),缓冲液为70mmol.L-1醋酸铵-3.0%醋酸-10%乙腈的甲醇液,检测波长230nm,分离电压25kV,柱温20℃,用0.45μm微孔滤膜过滤后进样,压力进样:50mbar×3s。结果:方法最低检测质量浓度为0.1mg.L-1,线性范围1~40mg.L-1,r=0.9996,线性关系良好。RSD为1.91%,回收率为96.3%。结论:为白带丸中小檗碱的含量测定提供了一种快速、准确和灵敏的测定方法。OBJECTIVE To develop a rapid method for the determination of berberine in Baidai pill by non-aqueous capillary electrophoresis (NCAE). METHODS The separation conditions of NCAE were 70 mM ammonium acetate (methanol medium), 3.0% glacial acetic acid and 10% acetonitrile in a 50 mL flask and diluted to 50 mL with methanol as running buffer,UV detection was set at 230 nm, separation voltage was 25 kV , column temperature 20 ℃ and pressure injection was 50 mbar × 3 s. RESULTS The limits of detection was 0. 1 mg·L^-1. The concent ration of berberine showed a linear plot in the range of 1- 40 μg ·L^-1 ( r = 0. 999 6). The recovery was found to be 96. 3%. The variation was 1.91 %. CONCLUSION This method is rapid and accurate for the quantitative analysis of berberine in Baidai tablet.
