摘 要:通过捏合机制备了纤维素在磷酸/多聚磷酸复合溶剂中的液晶溶液.主要研究纤维素质量分数、温度、复合溶剂中P2O5质量分数对纤维素-磷酸/多聚磷酸溶液性能及溶解行为的影响.结果表明,液晶溶液的清亮点随P2O5质量分数及纤维素质量分数的增加而升高,溶解时间随P2O5质量分数的升高及温度的降低而增加.在此基础上,分析了磷酸/多聚磷酸溶剂与纤维素的相互作用并提出了纤维素在磷酸/多聚磷酸溶剂中的溶解过程及机理.Liquid crystalline solutions of cellulose were prepared in a kneader by mixing cellulose and phosphoric acid/poly-phosphoric acid solution. The influence of cellulose concentration, temperature and P2O5 concentration in compound solvent on the solubility and dissolution behavior of cellulose was evaluated. The results indicated that the clearing temperature of the liquid crystalline solutions increased with increasing P2O5 concentration and cellulose concentration. Moreover, dissolution time increased with increasing P2O5 concentration or decreasing temperature. Based on these experimental data, the interaction between solvent and cellulose was analyzed and the dissolving process and mechanism of cellulose in the compound solvent was proposed.
