摘 要:配置方案评价是产品配置设计的关键技术之一。目前常用配置方案评价方法大都以定性评价为主,评价结果带有较大主观随意性。为客观合理地评价产品配置方案,提出一种基于层次熵分析法的配置方案评价方法。运用层次分析法(AHP)和熵技术确定评价指标权重,将层次分析法的现实合理性和熵技术的客观性相结合,使得评价结果客观合理。最后通过一铲运机配置实例对该方法进行了应用验证。The evaluation of product configuration plays a very important role in product configuration design. Now the evaluations are mostly qualitative, and the results usually are some what subjective arbitrariness. To evaluate product configuration project more rationally and objectively, an analytical hierarchy process (AHP)-entropy technology-based approach of configuration project evaluation is proposed. The AHP method and the entropy technology are used to determine the weighs of each index, and the realistic rationality of the AHP and the objectivity of the entropy technology are combined, which makes the evaluation results objective and reasonable. Finally, an example of the scraper is presented to verify the proposed approach.
