摘　　要：特深色棉涤贡缎弹力织物的染整加工中易出现半制品褶皱、染色布面条影、不易染深及色牢度差等问题。文中分析了前处理工艺(坯布检验、翻逢烧、打卷、缩幅、退浆氧漂、定形、丝光)和注意事项。针对染黑色和藏青色进行了分散染料和活性染料的筛选,优化染色和免烫整理的处方及工艺。采用该工艺加工的棉涤贡缎弹力织物的各项物理指标均达标。Aiming to the problems of semi-products crease, uneven surface of dyed fabric, difficult to dye deep shade and poor color fastness, the dyeing and finishing of cotton-polyester elastic satin drills were introduced. The pretreatment process and its points to attention were analyzed including crepe detection, singeing, batching, desizing and oxygen bleaching; setting, mercerizing. The disperse dyes and reactive dyes were selected to dye black and naw blue. The recipe and process of non-ironing finish were optimized. The physical indexes of treated fabric were reached standards.
