摘 要:采用聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDMDAAC)-移动床生物膜反应器(MBBR)组合工艺处理印染废水,考察了填料填充比例、水力停留时间(HRT)、PDMDAAC投加量、进水COD和NH3-N浓度对反应器处理效果的影响。结果表明,在填料填充比例为60%(体积比),单级反应器水力停留时间为24 h,PDMDAAC投加量为0.8 g/L的条件下,组合工艺对色度、COD和NH3-N的去除率分别达到97%、92%和90%。出水CODCr和NH3-N平均浓度分别低于50 mg/L和15 mg/L,达到了GB 4287—1992《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》的一级排放标准。The combined process of poty dimethyldiallylammonium chloride (PDMDAAC) and moving bed biofilm reactor( MB- BR) was applied to the treatment of dyeing effluents,the influences of filling proportion of carrier, hydraulic retention time (HRT) ,the dosage of PDMDAAC,COD value and NH3-N concentration of feeding water on the treatment efficiency were in- vestigated. The results showed that under the conditions of filling proportion of carrier 60% ( volume ratio), HRT in single reac- tor 2.4 h,the dosage of PDMDAAC O. 8 g/L,MBBR could operated very steadily and good efficiency could be achieved with the removal of color, COD and NH3-N at 97%, 92% and 90% respectively. The discharged water could meet the first class criteria specified in discharged standard of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (GB 4287--1992 ) with COD and NH3-N less than 50 mg/L and 15 mg/L respectively.
