摘　　要：期刊管理尤其是稿件管理、审阅、发行等工作，手工操作非常繁重，稍有不慎就出差错．微机功能强大，信息处理极快，只要研究开发出适合期刊管理的软件，就能充分发挥微机的效能，工作起来及时准确、得心应手．使用微机，不仅可以提高自身素质，减轻工作强度，而且可以促进期刊工作的规范化、现代化，提高社会效益和经济效益．Periodical management,such as manuscript management,approval,distribution et al,is usually done by manual labour and the work is exhausting and dull,in case not so careful errors occur. Micro computer has immense power and high speed of information processing. With study on software in periodical management,high efficiency and speed are obtained and the work could be finished as required.By use of micro computer,not only could the self quality of personnel be strengthened,diminishing working lobour;but the standardization and modernization of periodical work be improved,enhancing both social and economic benefit.
