摘　　要：简要介绍了西门子公司的工业以太网SIMATIC NET及OPC技术,描述了沙钢润忠高线性能预报系统。性能预报系统的数据采集运用了DCS计算机控制系统。由于原先的控制系统中PLC地理位置分散,无法实现产品性能的在线预报,现采用SIMATIC NET工业以太网,并用OPC技术实现了对性能预报产品实时相关数据的存储与查询,确保了生产的安全、稳定运行。The technologies of industrial Ethemet SIMATIC NET and OPC from Siemens are introduced briefly, and the performance prediction system for Shagang high-speed wire rod rolling process is described. The computerized DCS is adopted for the function of data acquisition in the performance prediction system. In existing control system, the PLCs are too distributed geographically to implement on-line prediction for products＇ quality. By adopting the technologies of SIMATIC NET industrial Ethernet, and OPC, related real-time data inquiry＇ and storage for performance prediction of products are realized,thus the safety and stable operation is guaranteed.
