摘  要:对恒流开关电源驱动的光纤光栅恒温控制系统进行了设计。该系统由PIC单片机控制,将温度控制部分与半桥式开关电源融为一体,直接对半导体制冷器进行双向恒流控制,控制部分将检测结果直接反馈控制半桥开关电源。同时,PIC通过数字半导体测温器件实时监测被测物的温度变化来改变脉冲宽度调制波的占空比,控制半桥开关电源的工作,从而进行精密的恒温控制。实验证明,系统控温精度为±0.1 K,能够满足光纤光栅在进行滤波时对于温度精度的要求。The fiber bragg grating thermostatic control system driven by constant current switching power supply is designed. The system is controlled by PIC ; and the temperature control section and half-bridge switching power supply are merged to implement bi-directional constant current control of semiconductor cooler ( Pehier cooler). The half-bridge switching power supply is feedback controlled directly by control section with the detecting result. While through digital semiconductor temperature detecting element, the variation of temperature of the measured object is detected in real-time by PIC to vary the duty ratio of PWM, and control operation of half-bridge switching power supply for implementing precise thermostatic control. The experiment proves that the control accuracy is 0. 1 K ; the performance index meets the requirement of temperature accuracy for fiber bragg grating used in filtering.
