健康大学生24小时动态血压正常参照值的研究

摘　　要：对５６例正常血压者２４小时动态血压测定（ＡＢＰＭ）研究发现，２４小时血压平均值：１６．４／９．８ｋＰａ；白天血压平均值：１６．６／１０．２ｋＰａ；夜间血压平均值：１５．８／９．１ｋＰａ．男女之间比较，ＡＢＰＭ各项参数值差异均无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），短期内偶测血压（３次平均值）＜ＡＢＰＭ平均血压者４８例．hour ambulatory blood pressure measurement (ABPM) are performed on 56 cases of health student. The results show that the mean value of blood pressure during 24 hours is 16.4/9.8kPa; the mean value of blood pressure was 16.6/10.2kPa at daytime, and 15.8/9.1kPa at night. Compared male with female students, no significant difference appears in various parameter of ABPM (P>0.05). in 48 cases of subjects, the values of casual blood pressure are lower than ABPM. These results provide important basis for clinical application of ambulatory blood pressure measurement.
