摘　　要：综述了近１０年来Ｌａｗｅｓｓｏｎ试剂与含双官能团化合物的环化反应以及与不饱和化合物的环加成反应，并讨论了Ｌａｗｅｓｓｏｎ试剂的环化反应在合成五元、六元磷杂环中的应用．Lawessons reagent(LR) undergoes ring closure reactions with substrates containing two functional groups such as hydroxyl, amino, mercapto groups and cycloaddition reactions with unsaturated compounds to yield 5 membered and 6 membered phosphorus heterocycles with P-S incorporation. In this paper the novel application of Lawessons reagent (LR) in syntheses of biologically active phosphorus heterocycles in the latest ten years has been reviewed.
