白暨豚体表致病菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：从白暨豚体表皮肤溃烂处分离得到一株嗜水气单胞杆菌．经过纯化培养、电镜观察、生理生化鉴定及毒力试验，证明该菌为白暨豚体表皮肤致病菌，属于嗜水气单胞菌嗜水亚种（Ａｅｒｏｍｏｎａｓｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａｓｕｂｈｙｄｒｏｐｈｉｌａ）．药物抑菌试验表明：广谱抗菌素类药物对该菌都有较强的抑制生长能力．This paper describes isolation, toxicity, physiological and biochemical properties of the pathogenic bacterium on the skin of the Chinese River Dolphin( Lipotes vexillifer Miller).The bacterium is a short rod, 0.3～1.0×1.0～3.5 μm long,with rounded ends, motile by a polar flagellum, nonsporulating,and Gram negative in its stain reactions.Tests with methyl red and the formation of H 2S are negative. The egg yolk, Voges Proskauer reaction and the utilization of salicin are positive. It produces acid and gas from glucose, L arabinose, D mannose.Litmus milk cultures become acid, peptionized.The test of medical treatment and inhitition of this pathogenic bacterium is also carried out. Results indicate that using antibiotics, such as penicillin,is effective.According to above methioned characters, we consider that A.hydrophila sub hydrophila is likely the cansative agent for the skin disease of the Chinese River Dolphin.
