摘  要:通过测试锌银蓄电池的析氢量及其电性能,主要研究了三元合金和PbO两种锌负极用代汞缓蚀剂在大功率电池中的实际工作情况。采用动电位极化曲线法研究了使用代汞缓蚀剂的锌负极的自腐蚀电位、析氢过电位。结果表明:所使用的两种代汞缓蚀剂均可有效降低锌负极的析氢量,其中三元合金代汞缓蚀剂的抑氢性能甚至优于HgO。Ternary alloy and PbO used in high power battery in actual working condition were studied by testing the volume of evolved hydrogen and electrical performance. Self-corrosion potential and overpotential of hydrogen evolution were also studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve method. The results show that the two mercury-substituting inhibitors can effectively reduce the hydrogen evolution from zinc electrode, and the ternary alloy is better than HgO in decreasing hydrogen evolution.
