气相色谱法测定心力丸中麝香酮的含量

摘　　要：目的建立心力丸中麝香酮含量的测定方法。方法采用SPBTM-1FUSED SILICA Capillary Column（30 m×0.32 mm×1.0μm）毛细管柱,火焰离子化检测器（FID）,以N2为载气,柱温：200℃,进样口温度：210℃,检测器温度：225℃。结果麝香酮在0.076-1.5 mg·mL^-1的范围内与其峰面积呈良好线性关系（r=0.999 6）,麝香酮的平均回收率为99.5%（n=9）,RSD为1.64%。结论本法简便、准确,可用于控制该制剂的质量。Objective To establish a method for analyzing the content of muscone in Xinli pills. Methods Samples were analyzed on a silica capillary column （30 m×0. 32 mm, 1.0 μm） using FID as detector andnitrogen as gas carrier. The column temperature, injector temperature and detector temperature were 200 ℃, 210 ℃ and 225 ℃, respectively. Results Muscone showed good linearity over the range of 0. 076 -1.5 mg · mL^-1 （r =0. 999 6）. The average recovery was 99.5% with RSD of 1.64% （n = 9）. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate for the quality control of the pills.
