摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方益母口服液中水苏碱的含量。方法以Kromasil C18（5μm,250mm×4.6 mm）为色谱柱,乙腈-0.05 mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（体积比18∶82,pH值5.5）为流动相,流速1.0 mL.min-1,柱温35℃,检测波长215 nm,以外标法进行检测。结果水苏碱进样量在1.00-25.00μg范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.999 7,样品平均加样回收率为98.1%（n=9）,RSD为1.17%。结论本方法简便,结果准确可靠,重复性好,可作为控制该制剂质量的方法。Objective To establish an HPLC method for the determination of stachydrine in complex Yimu oral liquid. Methods Samples were analyzed on a Kromasil C18 column （5 μm,250 mm ×4.6 mm） using CHs CN-0.05 mol/L KDP （18： 82, pH 5.5） as mobile phase under the flow-rate of 1.0 mL/min. Oven temperature was 35 ℃, and the detection wavelength was 215 nm. Results Stachydrine was well separated from other impurities. The method was validated for a linear range of 1.00 - 25.00 μg for stachydrine （ r = 0. 999 7）. The average recovery of stachydrine was 98.1% （ n = 9 ） with a relative standard deviation of 1.17%. Conclusion The method is simple, convenient, reliable and sensitive, which could be used for the quality control of complex Yimu oral liquid.
