摘　　要：提出一种基于ATmega8单片机控制的料位计的设计。介绍料位计的机械结构、软硬件实现以及控制算法。系统具有成本低、自动化程度高、通用性强、可实现远程控制、自我保护等特点,完全满足物位检测中测量精度和系统可靠性的要求,并具有可移植性及续开发能力。This paper proposed a design of material position detection based on ATmega8 MCU. The mechanical structure and hardware system and software system and the control arithmetic were presented. The system with low cost and high automation performance and wide applicability can be long-distance controlled and can safeguard itself. It can meet the need of the precision request and reliability in material position detection system. It can be applied in other related experiments and developed further.
