摘 要:介绍了农作物中有机磷农药的的检测原理;对电化学生物传感器、ARM单片机和微弱信号检测技术进行了研究;利用酶电极、ARM单片机开发了有机磷农药检测系统。该系统可以检测被测溶液中有机磷农药的含量,并通过RS232与上位机进行通讯。上位机对接收到的数据进行分析、存储、并绘制出农药浓度与检测电流之间的关系图。The mechanism of organophosphate pesticide residue detection on the crop were presented. Electrochemistry biosensor, ARM microcontroller unit and weak signal detection technology were studied. A measuring apparatus of organophosphate pesticides was developed based on enzyme electrodes and ARM microcontroller unit. The system can test the organophosphate pesticides titer of the tested liquor. The system was in communication with personal computer by RS - 232. The computer can analyze and save the data sent by ARM microcontroller unit. At last the computer protracted the thickness to electric current graph according to the data.
