摘  要:军用和航空零部件需要进行不同的工况试验,而某些工况条件受气候环境的限制难以获取。针对这一问题,提出采用多路信号模拟实际工况的方案,并设计了由上位机和下位机组成的四通道信号发生器。上位机和下位机通过串行口通讯,上位机采用动态相位分割技术设定各通道信号的频率、相位和幅值。下位机以单片机为核心,采用直接数字合成(DDS)技术,虚拟测试的工况条件。信号输出频率:0.01 Hz^60 kHz;幅值:-10~10 V;相位:0°~359°。信号的通道数可调,达到了模拟工况条件的效果。Performance test under working circumstances is required for military and aircraft components. However, some working environments are difficult to be acquired due to climate limitation. To solve this problem, a scheme was proposed to simulate the working circumstances by using muhi-ehannel signals. A four-channel signal generator was designed which consisted of a host machine and a client machine. Serial communication was realized between the host machine and the client machine. Dynamical phase partition was employed to set the frequency, the phase, and the amplitude for each channel in the host machine. The client machine, based on SCM, used direct digital synthesizing (DDS) technique to simulate working environment in the test. The output signal is characterized by the frequency from 0.01 Hz to 60 kHz, the amplitude is from -10 V to 10 V, and the phase is from 0° to 359°. The channel number is adjustable. The system is proved to be able to simulate real working circumstances.
