摘 要:介绍蓄热式燃烧技术的工作原理,阐述由PLC控制的空气单蓄热钢包烘烤器结构,制定控温策略及控制方法,即控温过程采用时间比例积分控制方法,使系统按照整定的最佳时间比例值、积分时间值,最佳低过冲量抑制值,最佳高过冲量抑制值运行,既保证温度在设定值以下提前减少输出,防止快速升温造成的上过冲,又保证温度在设定值以上提前增加输出,防止快速降温造成的下过冲,确保控温速度快,精度高。设计的系统通过控制主煤气流量和蓄热式烧嘴的定时切换,实现对钢包温度的自动控制,鞍钢2150车间的应用结果表明,系统工作稳定,烘烤时间短,钢包内温度场均匀,节能效果显著。This paper introduced the regenerative combustion technology, and claborated on the structure of the PLC-controlbased air uni-regenerative ladle baking device, presented the approach of the temperature control strategy, i.e. using the timed PI control method in temperature control process. It insures the system is able to run with the best time and integral value, the optimal low over-shoot inhibition value and the optimal high over-shoot inhibition value, which guarantees the temperature output will reduce in advance if it gets close to its set value which can prevent the upper over-shot resulted by the high heating rate. Besides, the temperature output will increase in advance if it gets close to its set value which can prevent the inferior over-shot resulted by the high cooling rate. This insures the rapid and accurate temperature control. The system succeeds in the automatic control of the temperature of the ladle by timing switch between the control of the flow rate of the main gas and the regenerative type burner. The application result in AISC Workshop 2150 shows that the system can run in stable status with short baking time and uniform temperature inside the ladle, which results in significant energy-saving effect.
