摘　　要：介绍了宝钛集团2400KW电子束冷床炉的基本结构,电子枪的工作原理以及生产钛及钛合金铸锭的生产实践和工艺控制,通过对设备的消化吸收和自主创新,目前该电子束冷床炉已经实现工业化生产,铸锭质量优良,生产工艺技术水平先进。This paper introduces the basic instruction of the 2400KW Electron Beam Cold Hearth in BaoTi company, the work principle of the electron gun, it also introduces the production practice and process control when melting the pure Titanium and Titanium alloy. Through our deep understanding and independent innovation, we have achieved the industrialization of the production; the quality of the ingot has been improved, producing technology has reached the international advanced level.
