摘　　要：阐述了加大合理利用非木纤维力度才能缓解当前造纸原料缺口局面;发展有中国特色的造纸工业就是要合理利用非木纤维;解决草类制浆污染必须从木材制浆模式解脱出来。The best way to abate the present shortage in paper raw materials is to rationally utilize non-wood fiber. To develop the paper industry with Chinese characteristics is to rationally utilize non-wood fiber, and the paper industry must come out from the wood pulping model in preventing straw pulping pollution.
