摘　　要：挠度是影响辊子质量好坏的主要因素之一,同时也是影响纸张质量的重要因素。本文以一个盲孔压榨辊为例,对辊子的受力分别进行传统计算分析和有限元分析,分析两者之间的差别及产生误差的原因,从而对辊子的生产和使用提供合理的指导。Deflection is one of the main factors influencing the quality of roll and is also an important factor influencing paper quality. Taken the blind press roll as an example, the paper carried out traditional calculation analysis and finite element analysis and analyzed both the difference between the two and the reasons for error in order to provide a reasonable instruction to the production and usage of the rolls.
