摘  要:以复合表面活性剂为模板剂,微波法制备不同Ce掺杂量的介孔WO3光催化剂,采用X射线衍射(XRD)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、UV-VisDRS和BET等对所得样品进行表征。结果表明,该催化剂比表面积较大与孔径分布均匀。在紫外光照射、初始pH=6、催化剂用量0.4g/L的反应条件下,使用不同Ce掺杂量的WO3作为催化剂光催化降解造纸废水。实验表明,当Ce掺杂量为1%时,造纸废水的光催化降解效果最佳。以1%Ce/WO3为催化剂,光催化降解造纸废水12h,废水的色度和COD去除率分别为100%和83.4%.Different Ce doped mesoporous WO3 was prepared by taking composite surfactant as template agent by microwave method. The resultant samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, DRS and BET. The results show that the photocatalyst has big specific surface and uniform pore size distribution. Photocatalytic degradation of paper process effluent under ultraviolet radiation was carried out under the conditions of initial pH6 and catalyst dosage of 0.4g/L. The results of the experiment indicate that the photocatalytic degradation effect of paper process effluent is optimum when the Ce doping amount is 1%. The chroma and COD removal rate are up to 100% and 83.4% respectively after 12 h photocatalytic degradation of paper process effluent with 1% Ce/WO3 as catalyst.
