摘　　要：目的:探讨我国现有乡镇卫生院存在的问题和可行的应对策略。方法:按区域划分在全国抽取54个乡进行问卷调查。结果:(1)乡镇卫生院普遍基础设施有限,缺乏急诊急救和简单手术必备的装备;(2)调查地区卫生人力资源不足,人员结构不合理;(3)卫生服务不能满足需求,卫生资源利用率低。结论:应加大政府投入,改善乡镇卫生院基础设施;优化卫生资源配置,提升卫生服务能力;加强人才培养,提高业务水平。Objective： To explore the current status, problems and response strategy; Methods： Near 54 towns were selected in different regions and questionnaire interview were used ; Results： （ 1 ） The essential installations were limited, and lack of emergency and surgery equipments; （2） The strength of human resource were deftcieney and their structure need improve ; （3） The service could not meet the requirement and their utilization rate were less; Conclusions ： The government need investment more resource to improve the foundation of township health center. Their human resource should be optimized to increase their capacity.
