摘  要:以不同连作年限葡萄园土壤为对象,研究其微生物数量及动态变化情况。结果表明,随着连作年限的增加,在葡萄整个生长季内,根际土壤的真菌数量明显增加,细菌和放线菌数量明显减少;连作30年及连作3年的葡萄园根际土壤细菌及放线菌数量均在6月份最高,真菌数量随着时间的推移总体呈下降趋势,11月份最少。The number and the dynamic changes of micro-organisms were studied on the soil of vineyards with different years of continuous planting. The results showed that the number of fungi of the rhizosphere soil increased remarkably and the number of bacteria and actinomycetes reduced obviously with the increasing years of continuous planting. In the 30years and the 3years of continuous planting vineyards, the highest number of bacteria and actinomycetes were all in June. The number of fungi reduced as time prolong, and the least number was in November.
