摘 要:根据传热学基本原理,采用有限元方法,对工件淬火时的三维温度场变化进行研究并编程计算.考虑了相变与温度场的耦合关系,热物理参数的非线性特点等问题,并尝试计算了工件在实际冷却过程中从一种介质转移到另一种介质时所涉及的界面换热条件突变,初步预测了预冷却对工件内部温度梯度分布的影响.计算结果与实测值较为吻合.Based on the principle of heat transfer and finite element method, calculations are carried out to study three dimensional temperature fields of quenching process of T8 steel. The calculations take into account comprehensively the problems of coupling temperature fields with phase transformation, nonlinear physical parameters,etc. A try is made to calculate the sudden changing of surface convective heat transfer conditions when the workpieces are shifted from one cooling medium into the another during actual quenching processes. The effect of precooling on the internal temperature gradient is briefly predicted. The calculations fit the measured results quite well.
