摘  要:野薯根尖细胞中,分生区细胞内细胞核的变化与核仁结构特征有一定相关性.分化的外皮层细胞胞质趋于极性分布;皮层细胞波.泡中可见直径约0.28-0.75μm聚成环状的蛋白质颗粒及散布的高电子密度细颗粒结构,质体内具1-2个直径约0.3-1.19μm的球状糊粉粒和数个直径约0.18-0.39μm的淀粉颗粒.皮层细胞与粮冠细胞内质体中的淀粉及蛋白质构成有明显差异。In the root tip cells of Ipomoea trifida, the nuclear change of the meristem parenchyma cells are related to the characeristic nucleolus structure. The differentiational cortex cells are showed tend to the polar distribution of plasmon of the exodermic cells. At the vacuole of eortex cells, there are a few of grumose protein, about 0.28 ~ 0.75 μm in diameter, and the number of fine structure particles are scattered. These particles are electron dense. The plasids of cortex cells are possessed of one or two of the spherical alearone grain, about 0. 3 ~ 1. 19 μm in diameter; mith afew of starch grains are about 0. 18 ~0.39 μm in diameter. The conctituting differences between the protein and the starch are obvious in the plastids of cortex cells and calyptra cells, and the suggest that are related to their respective physiological functions.
