摘　　要：目的探讨PDCA循环在培训实习护士摆放患者手术体位中的应用效果。方法将60名实习护士随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各30名。对照组按传统教学方法进行培训,观察组按PDCA循环模式进行培训。两组每2w考核1次,共4次,并记录成绩。结果培训后两组实习护士4次考核成绩及合格率比较,具有统计学差异(均P<0.05),其中观察组每次成绩和合格率均高于对照组。结论PDCA循环可用于实习护士摆放患者体位技能的培训。Objective To explore the application of the plan-do-check-act （PDCA） cycle for training nurses the skill to place patients＇ posture during operation, and assess its effectiveness. Methods Sixty practical nurses were randomly divided into the control group （n = 30） and the experiment group （n = 30）. The nurses in the control group were trained by routing methods, the experiment group by PDCA cycle model for training. The two groups were tested every two weeks for four times and the results were recorded. Result The test results and passing rates in the experiment group were higher than that in the control group and the differences were significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion PDCA cycle can be used for training practical nurses to place patients＇ postural during operation.
