摘　　要：目的:探讨CT肺血管成像(CTPA)评价肺栓塞程度及右心功能的价值。材料和方法:1012例患者入选本研究,其中肺栓塞279例,非肺栓塞733例。以CTPA作为肺栓塞的诊断标准,分析肺栓塞和非肺栓塞患者之间的右心功能参数的差异;分析肺栓塞的CT肺动脉栓塞指数,并探讨其与右心功能参数之间的关系。结果:对右心功能参数的分析发现,肺栓塞与非肺栓塞患者间有显著性差异。肺栓塞患者的Qanadli栓塞指数明显高于Mastora栓塞指数,并高度相关。肺动脉栓塞指数与部分右心功能参数间的相关性弱。结论:CTPA可以反映肺栓塞后肺动脉的阻塞程度和右心功能的改变,但肺动脉阻塞程度不能准确地反映右心功能的变化。Purpose： To analyze the value of CT pulmonary angiography （CTPA） for the evaluation of fight ventricular function and the obstruction degree of pulmonary artery of patients with pulmonary embolism. Materials and Methods： CTPA was used as the diagnostic criteria for pulmonary embolism. The right ventricular parameters between patients with and without pulmonary embolism were analyzed. The CT pulmonary artery obstruction index（ Qanadli index and Mastora index） were calculated and correlated with the fight ventricular parameters. Results： Of 1,012 cases, there were 279 cases diagnosed with and 733 cases without pulmonary embolism. The parameters of right ventricular function showed significant difference between patients with and without pulmonary embolism. For the patients with pulmonary embolism, the Qanadli index was higher than Mastora index and there was high correlation between them, but they had only poor correlation with the fight ventricular function parameters. Conclusion： CT PA angiography can show the right ventrieular function information and CT pulmonary artery obstruction degree of patients with pulmonary embolism, but the CT pulmonary artery obstruction index can not depict the fight ventrieular function precisely.
