摘　　要：在全球化时代不同文化的互动和影响不可避免,而如何避免文化冲突,实现文化的共生与和谐则是各民族、各国家不得不面对的现实。文章从社会生态学视角出发探寻了多元文化在互动中遵循的法则、多元文化共生的机制及实现文化共生与和谐所需的条件等,对实现多元文化和谐共生,营造和谐的文化生态环境,避免世界的"文明冲突"具有一定意义。The impact and interaction of different cultures is unavoidable in the age of globalization, and how to avoid conflict of cultures, to realize the cultural symbiosis and harmony is all nationalities and all countries have to face reality. In this paper, we use the social ecology perspective to explore the rules multi-cultural interaction will follow, the mechanisms of multi-cultural symbiosis and the required conditions to achieve harmonious symbiosis of different cultures. The research has significance for realization multi-cultural symbiosis and harmony, for creation a harmonious cultural ecological environment and avoiding the world ＂conflict of civilizations＂ .
