摘　　要：在社会转型时期,社会资本可以弥补大学生就业信息不对称的现象,有助于大学生获取就业机会,减低就业成本。但是,新疆普通高校大学生在社会资本的运用上比较被动,存在使用不平衡和不平等的现象。对此,要从观念上转变新疆大学生对社会资本的误解,提高其社会资本存量以及运用社会资本就业的能力。Social capital could make up for the symmetry of employment information and promote the acquisition of employment opportunity and reduce the cost of employment for the graduates in the society of transitional. However, college students use social capital more passively, tmbalanced and unequal in Xinjiang. So, we should change graduates＇ misunderstanding about the social capital, increase the store amount and the capability of the usage of the social capital of college students in Xinjiang
