高原地区自然环境中战备消毒包储存时限的实验研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨战备消毒包在高原地区自然环境中的储存时限。[方法]准备双层棉布手术敷料包、器械包、敷料器械混合包各72个,预真空压力蒸汽灭菌后分别存放在战备仓库自然环境密闭储存箱内和开放储存箱内,每个箱内放置3种类型消毒包各3个,分别于灭菌后7d、14d、22d、31d、41d、52d、64d、77d、91d、106d、122d,每次每组随机取9个包进行细菌培养;同时对战备仓库空气、储存箱进行取样培养。[结果]灭菌后106d开放组4个消毒包培养结果为阳性。122d开放组6个消毒包培养结果为阳性、密闭组1个消毒包培养结果为阳性;战备仓库空气和储存箱内优势菌属均为革兰阳性芽孢杆菌属和革兰阳性葡萄球菌属。[结论]高原地区自然环境中战备消毒包的储存时限与高原独特的环境气候密切相关。Objective：To probe into the expiry date of storage of disinfection package for combat readiness under natural environment in plateau area. Methods： We prepared double-cotton operation dressing packet, apparatus package,and dressings and apparatus mixed packets each with 72 pieces respectively. Packages were deposited in depository for combat readiness closed and opened storage boxes respectively under natural environment after forevacuum steam sterilization. In each box, 3 packages of 3 different kinds of items were put inside. After sterilization, 9 items from each group were taken every time for bacterial culture on the 7th day,14th day,22nd day,31st day, 41st day,52nd day,64th day,77th day,91st day,106th day and 122nd day respectively. At the same time, samples of the air and depot boxes in warehouse for combat readiness were collected and cultured. Results： On 106th day, 4 packages were positive in opened group after sterilization. On the 122nd day,6 packages were positive in opened group and 1 item was positive in closed group. Both in the air and depot boxes of the warehouse for combat readiness were G^＋ bacilli and G^＋ staphylococci dominant bacteria. Conclusion：The expiry date of storage for combat readiness disinfection package under natural environment in plateau area correlates closely with the distinctly environmental and climatic factors of the plateau.
