摘　　要：根据我国目前农业工程信息基础设施现状和农业工程学科专业面广、信息量大的特点，提出建设农业工程系统“信息高速公路”的必要性和紧迫性。并进一步探讨了建设农业工程系统“信息高速公路”的指导思想和应注意的问题。最后提出了全国农业工程系统信息网络的设计原则及网络总体构成图。The paper describes the importance of information to stimulate the development of science and technology ,society ,economy and agriculture , along with agricultural engineering .Based on present situation such as poorly equipped base information system of agricultural engineering , and the wide subject scope of agricultural engineering and its immense produced information, the paper indicates its importance and necessity of constructing “Agricultural Engineering Information Highway”. Then the concept and method of constructing such a highway is also considered . In the end, the rule of designing and the main construction graph of network is provided .
