摘  要:在浙江某500kV变电站进行REB103母线保护定期校验工作中,发现该母线保护在主变220kV失灵解除母线复合电压闭锁回路设计方面存在一个重要缺陷,当发生主变低压侧故障主变220kV侧开关失灵拒动时如果母线处于互联状态很可能造成事故范围的扩大,影响系统的稳定运行。该文对此进行分析,并提出了改进措施。An important loop limitation of REB 103 bus differential relay is introduced in this paper. The important loop limitation was detected in periodically inspection and commissioning of REB 103 bus differential relay where a 500 kV substation. The important limitation was the loop of transformer release compound voltage blocking. When the fault took place in the transformer low-voltage-side and the bus was in the interconnection, the circuit breaker failure protection possibly refused to operate which result in the fault extending. This paper analyses the reasons about the important loop limitation of REB 103 bus differential relay. Solving method is put forward in this paper that is to improve the complex-voltage-blocking loop.
