摘　　要：介绍了上海电网220kV微机母差双重化配置的相关基本原则,并结合某老变电站220kV母差保护改造工程,详细阐述了在远跳和失灵启动回路中的相关问题,并对这些问题提出了一些见解和解决方案,为今后将进行的母差双重化改造工作提供了一些经验。This paper presents some basic principles of duplex configuration about 220kV digital bus differential protection in Shanghai power grid. Based on the bus differential protection reformation project in an old 220kV substation, some problems about DTT （Direct Transfer Trip） and Breaker Fail Protection Circuit are discussed. Then, reasonable explanations and suggestions are given to solve these problems. It is expected that these conclusions and experiences can serve as reference for bus differential protection reformation projects in the future.
