摘　　要：通过对非标皮带轮的工艺分析，阐述了在单件手工造型条件下，综合利用两种或两种以上造型手段完成特殊形状铸件的铸造，从而取得用时少用料省的技术经济效果，同时丰富了手工造型的工艺设计思路。The process for a special belt pulley casting was studied. With the combination of different molding techniques, a time and cost saving molding process was designed. Some experiences for manual molding process were accumulated.
