摘 要:鉴于全尾砂物化性质的特殊性,为使充填体达到所需强度以便安全采矿、控制地压和保护环境等,通过对比试验的方法与生产实践,采用胶固粉代替水泥作为胶凝材料可大幅提高充填体强度,并满足空场嗣后和进路充填采矿法要求,胶固粉用量和料浆浓度与充填体强度成正比,可通过提高浓度而适量减少胶固粉用量的方式得到较优的充填体力学性能,并降低充填成本,适宜的浓度可减少采场脱排水量和料浆中胶凝材料的流失,可为充填体养护提供有利条件,从而获得较好的经济效益。Here in especial physical&chymic characters of full tailings of a certain iron mine,the strength of cement-full tailings backfill on the low side, but after making use of cementation powder to replace cement, the strength of backfill improves greatly and the strength can meet drift cut-and-fill mining method' s requests. Accession amount of cementation powder and consistency of filling slurry are direct ratio to backfill' s strength and could get preferable mechanics properties of cementation powder-tailing backfill by way of adopting the quomodo of improving slurry consistency and reducing cementation powder's amount, it could reduce filling costs and improve economy benefit, feasible slurry consistency could reduce tonnage and consolidate material's wastage amount, and it could provide advantage condition for backfill slurry' s concretion.
