摘　　要：用反转录－聚合酶链反应（ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ）检测新城疫病毒（ＮＤＶ）。研究结果表明ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ可检测出Ｆ４８Ｅ９株、Ｌａｓｏｔａ株、Ⅰ系疫苗株、Ｌ株、ＳＹ１株等５株ＮＤＶ尿囊液为阳性，其敏感性可测至１０－３倍稀释尿囊液病毒。ＲＴ－ＰＣＲ还能直接检测出发病鸡气管中的ＮＤＶ。Abstract Reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) was used to detect NDV in this study.The results showed that 5 NDV strains,including F 48 E 9,Lasota,Vaccine Ⅰ, L and SY 1 were detected in the allantoic fluids,the sensitivity was up to 10 -3 dilution of the allantoic fluid.The ND pathogen in trachea of infected chickens could also be detected directly by this method.
