摘 要:在池塘养殖条件下,草鱼种(始重15~30g/尾)在6~8月份生长速度明显高于其他月份,而以6月份生长速度最快,冬季生长最慢;其血清GH水平也呈现明显的季节性变化规律,4~5月份血清GH明显高于其他时期,而4月份达峰值。在繁殖季节,草鱼亲鱼在临催产前,血清GH水平明显升高,出现一个明显的GH高峰,产卵后,此GH峰值即行消失。在实验室条件下,草鱼种在一天内血清GH水平也存在明显周期性变化,GH水平夜间一般高于白天。The growth of juvenile grass carp(initial weight:15~30 g/ind.) in different seasons was observed. The seasonal and daily variations of serum growth hormone of juvenile grass carp were measured using a sandwich ELISA system for cyprinid GH. there was a significant seasonal variation in growth rates of the juvenile grass carp, the highest growth rate was found in the fish sampled in June,whereas the lowest growth rate was found in the winter. Serum growth hormone(GH) levels also vary on a seasonal basis with the GH level in April, and the lowest levels in February, September and November. In breeding season,serum GH level in matured female grass carp markedly rised just before spawning induction and returned to normal after spawning. A reproducible daily rhythm in serum GH levels of the juvenile grass carp sampled in laboratory was present. The GH levels were generally higher at night than in the daytime,and a remarkable peak appeared at 24:00.
