PLC在全自动纸浆模塑成型机生产流水线上的应用研究

摘　　要：简单介绍了全自动纸浆模塑成型机生产流水线的工艺流程和控制要求，详细介绍了自动控制系统软、硬件实现过程中的几个关键技术问题，包括可编程序控制器主机的选用、电动机的控制、回转盘上工位号的软件编程和传感器的设置、系统启动与停车时应考虑和注意的几个问题等等。现场运行表明，该控制系统工作可靠、自动化程度高、安全性能好。The paper simply explained the technological process and control demands of process line of fully automation pulp molding shaping machine, and mainly discusseed some technical key questions of the automatic control system in the realizing process of software and hardware.The questions contained the selection of programmable controller, the control of motor, the software compile of rotating disk location identifier and the setting up of sensor,as well as considerable questions during the system start-up and shut-down. The practice operation showed higher reliability, higher level automation and good security in the control system.
