摘　　要：根据工程实践,总结了高层住宅采用低温热水地板辐射采暖的设计与施工要点及施工操作方法,并提出了采用地暖易出现的工程问题及预防措施,实践证明该高层住宅楼采暖施工达到了预期的效果。According to the project practice, the paper sums up the radiant heating design, construction points and operation methods for the low-temperature hot water floor, which is adopted in multi-floor buildings, and points out the construction problems and preeautious measures in the adoption ot the ground heating. It is proved by the practice that the heating construction of the high-rise building meets the expected effects.
