摘　　要：针对建设工程的安全、适用、经济、美观等特性的综合要求,分析了设计单位的责任和义务,论述了设计单位在工程质量方面违约的主要表现,在此基础上明确了建设工程质量缺陷的损害赔偿责任范围,以减少工程事故的发生。According to the comprehensive requirements of the safety, application, economy and beauty of architectural projects, and analyses the responsibility and duty of design units, it discusses the main behaviors of design units in the break a contract of project quality, and clarifies the damage compensation responsibility range of architectural quality deficiency based upon it, so as to reduce engineering accidents.
