摘  要:目的探讨1800MHz电磁辐射对雄性大鼠海马感觉门控P50的影响,为移动通讯技术可能引起的健康危害提供实验依据。方法将48只4周龄SPF级SD雄性大鼠按体重随机分为4组,每组12只。暴露组用1800MHz射频电磁辐射对大鼠进行21d连续暴露,每天12h,功率密度分别为0.5(暴露Ⅰ组)和1.0mW/cm2(暴露Ⅱ组),同时设置对照组。采用条件-试验双声刺激模式记录海马感觉门控P50,通过比较暴露组与对照组听觉诱发电位的差异,识别1800MHz电磁辐射对大鼠海马感觉门控P50的影响。结果暴露Ⅰ组雄鼠的海马感觉门控P50的S2/S1比值和S2峰-峰值大于对照组和暴露Ⅱ组(P<0.05);其他各组间的海马感觉门控P50的S2/S1比值、S2峰-峰值、S1峰-峰值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在本实验条件下,1800MHz射频波以0.5mW/cm2的功率密度辐射对雄性大鼠海马感觉门控P50产生影响。Objective To study the effect of exposure to 1 800 MHz electromagnetic field on the sensory gating P50 of the hippocamp of male rats. Methods Forty-eight male SD rats aged 4 weeks, were randomly divided into four groups,included 2 exposed groups and their respective sham-controls,12 in each group. The rats were exposed to 1 800 MHz microwave fields with power density of 0.5 mW/cm^2 or 1.0 mW/cm^2 , 12 h/d, for 21 consecutive days. The sensory gating P50 was recorded by the conditioning-testing paradigm presented with auditory double-clicks stimuli. Results There was significant difference of the peakpeak size of S2, the S2/S1 ratio of the sensory gating P50 in the hippocamp between the exposed groups Ⅰ and control groups (P〈 0.05 ). No significant difference was seen in the S2/S1 ratio, the peak-peak size of S2, the peak-peak size of S1 among the other groups (P〉0.05). Conclusion Exposure to 1 800 MHz-electromagnetie field, 0.5 mW/cm^2, may produce an adverse effect on the sensory gating P50 in male rats.
