摘  要:分别对快生型大豆根瘤菌(Rhizobium fredii)15067和褐球固氮菌(Azotobacter chroococ-cum)10006两个菌株进行了16S rDNA的全序列测定,将此全序列与已知相关的16S rDNA进行了比较及聚类分析,得到系统发育树状图。在系统发育树中,根瘤菌15067隶属于中华根瘤菌属,与Sinorhizobium xinjiangenseIAM 14142,SinoRhizobium frediiSjzZ 4构成一个分支,其中与S.frediiSjzZ4的相似性最高,达99.72%;固氮菌10006处于固氮菌属分支中,其中和Azotobacter chroococcumAM12A,Azotobacter chroococcum的相似性均高达99.93%。为确定两株菌株的分类地位、进一步发掘和利用菌株的优良性状提供了参考依据。Full length 16S rDNA' s sequences of Rhizobiumfredii 15067 and Azotobacter chroococcum 10006 respectively were determined. Phylogenetic dendrogram was obtained after comparing relevant 16S rDNA with known one by using cluster analysis. In the phylogenetic tree, Rhizobium fredii 15067, belonging to genus Sinorhizobium, formed a branch together with Sinorhizobium xinjiangense IAM 14142 and SinoRhizobium fredii SjzZ 4. And strain 15067 had 99.72% similarity with S. fredii SjzZ 4. Strain 10006 clustered together with some Azotobacter species, and had 99.93% similarity with both Azotobacter chroococcum AM12A and Azotobacter chroococcum. The study determined taxonomic status of two strains, further explore and utilize fine character to provide reference.
